Look no further, we have the next role for you – join the Procurement and Solution Supply Chain team to support us in our mission to establish and deploy a strong supplier qualification process for our vendor base.
This role aims to deploy a quality and safety framework for our subcontractor in the qualification process and during execution through onsite audits and performance evaluations. This role should secure that Schneider’s project business improve its safety and quality record with its subcontractors while continuing driving for continuous improvement and optimizations.
Supplier Quality and Development
• Establish the most optimal qualification process templates and toolbox • Conduct safety and quality audits at site with subcontractors for installation work as well as contract manufacturing vendors e.g. E-house or panel builders • Conduct supplier assessments and follow up • Secure that the subcontractors quality assurance and quality control plan is in place and followed • Drive the Supplier Quality Improvement plan with our preferred vendors and subcontractors • Follow the industrialization and ramp-up at E-house vendors after award • Work closely with the project team and purchasers to define and form the best possible vendor base for Schneider Electric • Minimize the cost of poor quality by addressing the root causes for any issue arising. • Be a role model for quality and safety and never comprise these two key values.
Risk Management
• Establish the tools for early risk identification in the GCP and SO supply chain related to external supply • Build the capabilities for risk management within Procurement and Solution Supply Chain team • Establish effective ways to mitigate the identified risks while keeping all stakeholders updated on the status

• Ehouse/ Prefab • Site works (electrical installation) • Contract manufacturing

EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in of procurement/ supply chain/ project management in a project context
- Strong transformational background is establishing and deploying supplier quality related processes
- The ideal candidate has previous experience from quality assurance and supplier assessments for e-House business and electrical installation.
