Fleet management with Procurement Experience [South Africa]


 

Our company have an exciting role available within our Procurement Department. We are looking for an Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer picking slips
  • Do stock take weekly & monthly
  • Track delivery orders
  • Administer in-house inventory movement
  • Administer purchasing files, reports and price lists

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Qualification will be advantageous

Experience Required:

  • Computer experience MS Office, Outlook
  • Excel - minimum Intermediate level experience (must be able to demonstrate same)
  • 2 years working experience in a similar role

Skills Required:

  • Good Analytical skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
