HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials origin to destination, including coordinating with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders$ads={1}
Prepare and process shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents
Monitor and track shipments, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and packing goods and materials
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation
Assist with other logistics-related tasks as needed
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's Degree or above
1 year of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in the jewellery industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with transportation regulations and customs procedures is a plus
Immediate available is highly preferred
