Leading Vodafone Turkey IT Infrastructure Design and Storage & Backup operations team which in IT Architects, Storage & Backup admins involved .
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
Leading the Storage & Backup services and Infra design team consisting of IT architects and admins- To ensure that Storage & Backup services are available and efficient 24/7
- Initiating and implementing infrastructure optimization projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Designing of Vodafone Turkey IT infrastructure according to business needs and technology trends
- Developing and managing medium and long term IT infrastructure strategies align with the company strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Management of IT infrastructure budget
- Hiring, supervising and mentoring team.
- Preparing and presenting investment plan of IT Infrastructure.
- Performing to implement Storage & Backup infrastructure maintenance, migration and upgrade tasks.
- Documenting processes and complying with best practices in Infra management.
- Keeping up to date with developments and trends in Infrastructure technologies.
- Support the implementation of new products, services and projects
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
- At least 3 years experience in Infra Team Management
- At least 2 years Infrastracture architect experience
- In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure technologies and architecture
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analyses and presentation skills
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on developing operational capacity and taking accountability for service delivery and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers, subordinates, peers and top management.
- Effective people management skills
- Clear and concise communication with customers and team
- Ability to collaboratively solve complex problems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Advanced English
