Project Overview
We are looking for a new colleague to joi our Visiting & Travel Services Team.
What you can expect & what we want you to do
- Follows the good organization and development of internal and external delegations within the company
- Plans, organizes, monitors and controls the internal and external delegations within the company
- Intermediates the connection between the company, the service provider and the travel agencies
- Coordinates the actions of identification, reservation and payment of plane tickets, hotel rooms, means of land transport necessary to travel to the destination of the delegation
- Checks the travel instructions. In case of violation, it intervenes and analyzes whether additional costs have been created
- Negotiate the best rates with the service providers, especially with the airlines, hotels or car rental companies
- Instructs members of the Visiting & Travel Services department on news and changes in the business travel industry
- Organizes with the company's employees informative workshops about the rules and instructions of business trips within the company
- Writes and updates the procedures and communication sections in InfoHub and Confluence of the Visiting & Travel Services department
What you are good at & what you’ll need to win
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or any othe relevant field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to balance multiple and conflicting priorities
- Exceptional organizer
- Team player attitude with the ability to create excellent working relationships
- Time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
