Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Assist customers with service information, pricing, and scheduling appointments
- Listening and Understanding accurately and efficiently customer's needs
- Collaborate with coworkers in different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to provide consistent service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail (*Will train)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications (*Will train)
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
