- Farm existing assigned customers and ensure a superior relationship is maintained with them. Ensure high conversion of wins from such customers and track the same regularly.
- Ocean Tender handling and negotiation- manage ocean RFIs/RFQs by working closely with stakeholders in pricing, sales and TCM. Ensure customer specific requirements are evaluated and addressed and we progress through multiple rounds in a smooth manner.
- Logistics & Services quoting and negotiation- manage L&S RFIs/RFQs by working closely with stakeholders in various product teams. Consolidate multiple product offers and develop the overall proposal. Ensure customer specific terms and requirements are addressed appropriately.
- Ensure allocation compliance is managed regularly and effectively. Engage with customer, sales account owner and CEN Ocean teams to ensure top notch allocation management.
- Act as the day-to-day contact point for customers, to allow sales account owners to spend quality time on hunting new businesses. Ensure customer issues/escalations are addressed in the best possible manner by liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Manage other important activities like Ocean/L&S contracting, business forecasting, collections escalations, invoice quality, NPS and commercial onboarding of new businesses.
