Front Desk Receptionist
Your responsibilities :
Manage front desk receptionist duties
Greet and assist walk-in clients, customers, tenants, property buyers & sellers and staff
Customer service and customer care
Prepare meeting rooms
Support service inbox and outbox e-mail
Incoming call management
Helping out with daily correspondence
Supervision of post, lounge and office order
Distribute memos, reports and maintains up-to-date files
Packaging and post mail: receive and send packages/ post mail
Data saving
Your profile :
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
Highly motivated and team-oriented
Dynamic, pro-active and versatile
Excellent interpersonal skills
Accustomed to multitasking
Be highly organized with professional communication and coordinating skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken
Knowledge of German language will be a plus
