Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and clients with multiple sites, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance regulations and requirements to ensure that our operations meet the necessary standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to collect necessary certification documents, service reports, and address any outstanding issues.
  • Review and update online contractor certification reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate service reports provided by clients, contractors, or staff members, identifying any discrepancies or non-compliances.
  • Process correspondence and contractor certifications related to compliance in a timely manner.
  • Communicate any identified issues or non-compliances to clients and work towards resolving them.
  • Generate reports for clients, contractors, staff, and management as required.
  • Support other team members by assisting with their workload when needed.
  • Attend meetings with staff, clients, and contractors to discuss compliance-related matters and provide input or insights.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate compliance-related tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and requirements.
  • Passionate and eager to learn about compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Comfortable engaging with people and building relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php12,363.18 - Php55,776.42 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
