Obowiązki

  • manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, verification, and tracking,
  • communicate with customers in Dutch to provide order status updates, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction,
  • collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery,
  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details,
  • assist in resolving any invoicing or payment discrepancies related to orders,
  • identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency of order management operations.

Requirements:

  • fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is a must,
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload,
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing,
  • proficient in using order management systems and MS Office,
  • previous experience in order management or a related field is preferred,
  • ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
