Customer Service Advisor
Obowiązki
- manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, verification, and tracking,
- communicate with customers in Dutch to provide order status updates, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction,
- collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery,
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details,
- assist in resolving any invoicing or payment discrepancies related to orders,
- identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency of order management operations.
Requirements:
- fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is a must,
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload,
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing,
- proficient in using order management systems and MS Office,
- previous experience in order management or a related field is preferred,
- ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
