About the role
The Facilities Administrator oversees the operation and maintenance of Council Pensioner Housing Units. The role includes assisting with cemetery administration duties.
Who we are looking for
Ideally, you will possess:
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage a high workload
- High level of communication and relationship management skills
- Strong customer service orientation in dealing with sensitive issues.
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and legal requirements relating to tenancy.
- Working knowledge of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964.
