Right now, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Globant!


In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Operations team, in order to support the sales operations process to ensure the correct information registration is in Salesforce and other tools (Glow, Sysphera, etc.). Also, to check and ensure the workflow for the approval and closure of an opportunity. Manage the subscription post-sale. Also, the subscription for the contract renewals for Studio Salesforce accounts

  • Support the sales force in subscription proposals or confirmation of prices, special conditions, and specifications of the subscription business.
  • Ensure the registration and the reliability of the register information in Salesforce and other systems, which represent the business reality closure with the clients.
  • Check that the products and values of the opportunities will be the same as the signed contracts with the client and with the partner, which can reflect in the correct revenue.
  • Control the billing schedule according to the contract as with the client and partner guidelines, following the dates and times stated in the contract.
  • Guarantee that the documentation associated with the business is attached with the contracts and/or addendum of Salesforce, GLOW, as well as client files.
  • Ensure all requirements are met to be able to approve an opportunity 100%
  • Handle the requirements of the Salesforce Studio clients, which correspond to additional subscription activations, always in touch with the SS (Sales Specialist) or CP (Client Partner).
  • Send proposals or prices to the client and register the Salesforce opportunity for their follow-up.
  • Send the client the files to formalize the business closure and register all the Salesforce activities associated with the sale (Contract, addendum, bill, etc.)
  • For renovations, according to the annual projection, you must contact the clients with a minimum anticipation of 90 days before the contracts end and realize the administrative and commercial process, which involves obtaining the renovation closure.
  • Request or execute the subscription activation of the products offered by the Studio, guarantee the Salesforce registration in the Order Forms (asked the vendor), and validate the cost associated with the order, which needs to be agreed upon with the discount tables that are negotiable with each vendor.
  • Review the billing associated with each order/order form, guaranteeing the expected amount according to the activation order, updating the information in Salesforce, and sending it to the financial area for accounting.
  • Follow up on the billing report month by month.
  • Follow up on the subscriptions pipe report
  • Updating the revenue month in Sysphera


What will help you succeed:

  • Desirable experience in labor of sales operations, preferably in tech, telecommunications, or services companies.
  • Must be a professional or student in the last semester of Business Administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Desirable if the persona has a background in sales operations, administrative labor or client service.
  • At least 80% of English management
  • Desirable understanding of CRM or Salesforce
