NVIDIA Networking BU is looking for an experienced Program Manager to be responsible for Chip Design projects planning and tracking execution E2E cross organization and professional functions. The Program Manager will drive planning processes and governance execution of the Chip Design projects, while working with executives and engineers within the organization and with all the interfacing organizations, while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints.
What will you be doing:

Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and tools.

Coordinate between all project stakeholders from project initiation and POR planning till Tapeout, within Chip Design org, and with interfacing organizations such as BE, Architecture, SW, FW, Operations etc.

Drive the ability to reach managerial data-based decisions, highlight issues and risks in project execution or plans, and drive for rapid mitigation.

Develop and implement FW/SW methodologies and Project management processes and tools.
What we need to see:

B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/Computer Engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and planning, preferably in Chip Design projects

Familiar with Chip Design development (FE/BE) – advantage

Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework – advantage

Excellent English writing and verbal skills – a must

Personal skills: excellent communication skills, teammate, independent, responsible, multi-tasking, proactive, ability to lead people and tasks without authority.
