Job Description
We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager to join the existing Team here in The Park Hotel Dungarvan a Flynn Hotel Collection Hotel. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience, then we would love to hear from you!!

Requirements:
Excellent communication/computer/ telephone skills
2 years experience in a similar role
Previous experience managing a team
Good understanding of Hotsoft or Similar System
Systems and structure driven
Greeting customers on their arrival and catering to their needs during their stay
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to handle all customer queries in a professional manner
Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment

Qualifications and Technical Experience

  • Candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a large scale hotel rooms operation; Management experience is considered an asset.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; 2nd language would be considered an asset
  • Third level education in Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience an asset
  • Ability to work well without supervision, demonstrates initiative, and successfully balances technical & guest services
  • Computer Skills - Demonstrated ability with regard to computer skills, including experience using hotel booking programs -
  • Essential- Must be able to demonstrate high level of competency with Hot-soft
  • Excellent cash handling skills.
