In short, what you’ll do :

Today, the property managers wear many hats and handle a lot of the administrative tasks for their projects. But we all have 24hours in a day and cannot be on all fronts! Therefore, they are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to help them focus more on their core business.

More concretely, you will :

  • Reinforce the Property Management department by providing administrative support
  • Follow up on urban planning files, in particular new applications for tourism operations & monitoring the validity of current permits.
  • Manage the entire flow of regional and communal certificates and legal obligations
  • Participate actively in team meetings

The job is perfect for you if :

  • You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the real estate sector
  • You have basic legal and administrative knowledge of the real estate sector (drafting of leases, contracts, managing permits, etc.)
  • You are bilingual in English/Dutch or French/English
  • You are comfortbale with handling repetitive tasks
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy working and progressing as part of a team.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • You are precise, rigorous and methodical
  • You have common sense, are proactive and solution-oriented
  • You are able to work under pressure and can handle stressful situations
  • You are versatile and flexible
