• Undertaking manufacturing product support and facilities running reliability to reduce the downtime and increase the uptime, includes site utility HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning), electrical and mechanical equipment used in building and production facilities.

  Facility capacity and Capex support. Management of spare parts replenishment levels and cost control.
• Respond to service database assistance requests to complete troubleshooting and repair for building and facilities. Uphold expected standards including documentation.
• Active involvement in STC Kaizen projects (leadership as required), driving improvements and new processes that will deliver operational targets.
• Supervisor to sub-contractors for safe work and requesting work, including service contract and NDA if required.
• Sustain the certification against local rules and laws for electrical, environment, as well as LRQA audit support.
• Review and manage facility energy consumption to keep cost at an acceptable level.
• Reduce production time loss impact by machine down %, support site risk rate improvement, drive energy saving and actions with EHS, Lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives if project requires.
• Manage the planning of maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Certification

• Grade B industrial wiring
• Grade B indoor wiring certificate
• Grade A electrician

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Technical Training/Apprenticeship
• Electrical and Electronic Engineering related, electrical and electronic maintenance-related

Experience

• 3-5 years without degree, or 1-2 years with a degree post degree as an electrical or electronic, or 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance facilities.
