Senior Sales Executive ( Logistics/ Forwarding/ Air/ Ocean) [Vietnam]


 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target set in agreement with sales management
  • Create a pipeline of potential customers, actively developing relationships and nurturing them
  • Identify new sales opportunities with the salesteam
  • Build and maintain your own portfolio of customers
  • Solving clients issues and complaints independently and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of service and customer focus
  • Work closely with the operations team to get feedback and monitor sales activity for value added sales
  • To actively monitor and evaluate client portfolio achieving high satisfaction and client retainment
  • Frequently visiting new customers as well as existing customers out of office
  • Participate and engage actively in sales meetings in and outside organisation
  • Completing administrative tasks with timely diligence

Requirements

  • Good customer network and understanding about ocean/air market
  • Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
  • Outgoing and skilled at approaching people, maintaining and retaining relationships both externally and internally
  • Experience in chemicals logistics a benefit (not requirement)
  • Graduated University, with at least 4 years experience of Sales only in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 28,000,000₫ - 40,000,000₫ per month
