Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target set in agreement with sales management
- Create a pipeline of potential customers, actively developing relationships and nurturing them
- Identify new sales opportunities with the salesteam
- Build and maintain your own portfolio of customers
- Solving clients issues and complaints independently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of service and customer focus
- Work closely with the operations team to get feedback and monitor sales activity for value added sales
- To actively monitor and evaluate client portfolio achieving high satisfaction and client retainment
- Frequently visiting new customers as well as existing customers out of office
- Participate and engage actively in sales meetings in and outside organisation
- Completing administrative tasks with timely diligence
Requirements
- Good customer network and understanding about ocean/air market
- Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
- Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
- Outgoing and skilled at approaching people, maintaining and retaining relationships both externally and internally
- Experience in chemicals logistics a benefit (not requirement)
- Graduated University, with at least 4 years experience of Sales only in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field
