Call Centre Assistant
Location: Worcester
Full Time – 37.5 hours to include weekend working

Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum depending on experience
20 plus bank holiday days holiday
This role will be based in the call centre
At Specsavers, our Call Centre teams are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey. We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential. You’ll offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store. Previous call centre or call handling experience is a distinct advantage.

- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
- Dispensing over the phone
- Triaging patients with eye & health concerns
