We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist/Admissions Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Alpha Delving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through various sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry research. Utilize your excellent communication and persuasive skills to generate and qualify leads.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential students.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
- Ensure a high conversion rate of all leads- telephonic, forwarded, and referrals to successfully achieve the performance goals.
- Counseling potential learners, helping them plan their career path
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 6 years of experience
- Experience working with Ed Tech Sales like Python, Digital Marketing Courses
- Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert them into admission.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the Education/IT sector.
Skills and Key Responsibility:
- Good Communication skills (Fluency in English and Hindi Both)
- Candidate should be comfortable with a target-based job.
- It should be comfortable to take multiple calls in a day.
- Highly organized and mature regarding human relationships and getting the jobs done.
- Proven experience, preferably in education or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to lead generation and pipeline management.
