One of our clients whose business line in a mining is looking for the best candidate for the position as:
FINANCE MANAGER
Qualification:
- FEMALE, age 35 – 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, and related fields
- Has strong leadership and interpersonal skill with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting in mining industry
- Understand the principles of finance in mining industry
- Able to manage finance team, overseeing tasks such as financial reporting, budget management and financial planning
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues at various levels, as well as the ability to interact with internal and external parties such as auditors, banks and business partners
- Responsible for managing all financial aspects of mining companies, including cash flow monitoring, asset management, and financial risk management
- Ensuring the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Analyze financial data to provide insight into company performance, identity opportunities for improvement, and formulate financial strategies
- Ensuring that all of the company’s financial activities comply with applicable government regulations and industry standards
