Manager Production and Program Delivery (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers
You are structured, organized, and able to find smart solutions for complex tasks? You are expert in telecom deployment (active and passive) and interested to work in multicultural environment, setting up and implementing new processes to drive change? Then become part of our team as Manager Production and Program Delivery (m/f/d). In your role, you will define and drive deployment strategies and technology solutions across all international Vantage Tower markets and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure deployment projects, covering New Site Built and Colocation Factory additionally to smart deployments.
Your challenges:
- You define approaches to implement and rollout such solutions in different markets.
- You develop guidelines for general compliance and vendor evaluation controls.
- You deep dive into existing reporting system per market and ensure translation into unified platform across market.
- You support above task by understanding every market challenge and defining alignment solution(s)
- You establish Periodic automated unified reporting out of the made updates on Vantage Towers PlatformApproach with KPI and Scorecards to achieve the maximum goals-oriented factors.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed university degree with focus on Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
- At least 8 years of experience and deep knowledge in tower deployment management and reporting
- Knowledgeable on different telecom tower solutions: Rooftop, monopole, lattice, guyed, self-support, utility pole, camouflage, wall mounting, tree tower, billboards, water tanks, street furniture, small cells pole, lamp post, tower shields, IBS, DAS and o-DAS.
- Independent, reliable and systematic way of working and professional and confident appearance
- Broad knowledge of Program/Portfolio Management
- Strong relations with internal and external partners to support infrastructure deployment and solid communication skills
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR), German/Spanish are a plus

The target annual salary is between 76.000 and 88.000 euros gross, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
