Job Overview:Brewbaker Café are currently looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Supervisor to assist in the successful running of the Café. The successful candidate will be fully flexible 5 days over 7 with exceptional customer service and a passion for coffee.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Training and developing of new and exsisting team
Supporting with rosters, daily planner and payroll
Training and development of new and existing staff
Opening and closing of the café – handling cash, bank lodgements etc.
Developing relationship with suppliers, assisting in the ordering of stock
Assisting in the main duties of the café – making coffee, sandwiches, customer service and working on the till
Ensuring all hygiene standards are met, strong knowledge of HACCP
Reporting to the Manager on a daily/ weekly basis
Processing time sheets throug payroll
Skills & Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Passion for delivering high customer service and passion for coffee
Previous barista experience is essential
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
SalaryBasic wage plus bonus on percentage of increased sales
