Flattered is facing an exciting expansion phase and is now looking to hire a Swedish/English Customer Community Specialist with the focus to always provide excellent customer experience and satisfaction for our customers. The position is an opportunity to play a vital role in Flattered's growth journey.
You will be available for our customers and internal team Monday-Friday, and the role is full-time. This role is an exciting chance to gain relevant experience from both the online retail and fashion industry. You will be part of a dedicated, tight-knit team in a welcoming and creative environment.
Day-to-day
- Give our online customers great service, and make a significant contribution to our goal to always keep our customers happy.

- Assist with daily administrative work across the e-commerce and daily operation
