Position Description:
LeasePlan Hellas is looking for an Intern Customer Service Administrator to join in our Customer Service Team for 6 months. The Customer Service Administrator is an essential member as he/she will be responsible for handling client's requests in an efficient manner. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing helpful, quality service, while enhancing the customer’s experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers’ inquiries via telephone, email
- Log all interactions with drivers in the relevant CRM tool, process customer accounts and file document
- Keep records of Customers Drivers’ Data
- Coordinate with other functions and departments in order to reply to drivers
- Meet personal/customer service team targets
- Identify and escalate situations requiring attention
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor Degree
- Ability to demonstrate customer passion
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Very good command of English - verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and problem solving capabilities
- Highly motivated, target driven and results oriented
- Digital literacy and tech savviness
- Positive attitude & pleasant personality with eager to work and strong team spirit
