We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Property Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and commercial properties to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends, property prices, and market conditions.

Engage with prospective buyers and tenants, assess their needs, and provide professional guidance on property options that meet their requirements.

Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property and addressing any client queries or concerns.

Negotiate and close sales or lease agreements with clients, ensuring that all necessary legal and financial documents are properly completed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Stay updated on real estate regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and ethical conduct in all transactions.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and achievements, providing accurate and timely information to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in property sales, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive sales environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the capacity to close deals effectively.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property prices, market trends, and legal requirements.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.

A valid real estate license or certification is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
