We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Battery Swap Station Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with swapping batteries of 2-wheelers at our battery swap station. Your primary task will involve safely lifting and replacing batteries, ensuring the smooth operation of the station and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in swapping batteries of 2-wheelers at the battery swap station.
Lift and replace batteries weighing up to 15kg multiple times throughout the day.
Ensure the safety and security of the batteries during the swapping process.
Follow proper procedures for battery handling and storage.
Inspect batteries for any visible damage or issues before and after swapping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at the battery swap station.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient battery swapping operations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on the battery swap station equipment as required.
Requirements:
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry batteries weighing up to 15kg multiple times a day.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail to ensure the proper handling of batteries.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
