Responsible
- Initial point of contact for IT consultation and support
- Responsible for Procurement, configuration, and administration of hardware, software and IT inventory for the company.

- Responsible for training and knowledge transfer on IT topics for employees and external customers
- Assist in implementation of strategic goals and projects
- Collaborate with other departments to digitalize and optimize processes
- Develop measurement and improvement of IT service quality
- Implement IT guidelines and procedures
- Support customer interfaces and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth work process
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Citrix, Lotus Notes, M365, Routers, Switches, and Microsoft suite
